Luohe Yubo Biochemical Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Yubo Biology) is located in the important salt chemical industrial base of China, the industrial cluster area (a chemical park of Henan Province) in Wuyang County. Established in March 2012, Yubo Biology is a national high-tech enterprise with an area of 86,710 square meters. Yubo Group has four subsidiaries: Luohe Yubo Biochemical Co., Ltd., Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone Yudong International Trade Co., Ltd., Suzhou Yuchi Import and Export Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Cainasi Wine Co., Ltd. Now, our main products include methyl chloroacetate, oxalic acid, diethyl oxalate, formamide, N-methylformamide, ethyl chloroacetate, aminomethylbenzoic acid, Methyl Methoxy Acetate, ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate and other pharmaceutical intermediates. The main users of our product are many domestic listed companies, such as Northeast Pharmaceutical, Zhejiang Pharmaceutical, Tianfang Pharmaceutical, Dongting Pharmaceutical, Hasen Pharmaceutical, Lier Chemical, etc. The market hinterland is from East China, North China, and most of Central China radiating to Southeast Asia, developed countries such as the United States and Europe. Relying on leading technological advantages, excellent product quality and honest management policy, Yubo Group has won a good reputation among customers at home and abroad. Our factory is being expanded; currently, our main production facilities include: (1) A plant with with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of chloroacetic acid, 10,000 tons of methyl chloroacetate, 1,000 tons of ethyl chloroacetate, 1,000 tons of methyl dichloroacetate and 1,000 tons of methyl methoxyacetate. (2) A plant with an annual output of 600 tons of Aminomethylbenzoic Acid. (3) A plant with an annual output of 20,000 tons of N-methylformamide. (4) A plant with an annual output of 1,500 tons of methoxyacetic acid (commissioned in 2021). (5) A plant with an annual output of 3,000 tons of salicylaldehyde and its derivatives (commissioned in 2021). Yubo Biology attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation, and has established "Luohe City Amide Pharmaceutical Intermediate Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Shandong University of Technology Postgraduate Workstation". In 2021, Yubo Biology will also invest CNY 120 million to build a science and technology research and development center. The research team of the project is composed of a group of PhD and master science and technology backbones including academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Ouyang Pingkai of Nanjing University of Technology, Distinguished Professor of Zhengzhou University, Doctor Xu Xuejun of the Yellow River Scholar of Henan University, and Li Zhijun of former director of Henan Medical Research Institute. Under the supports of many universities and research institutes in China, we have established an industry-university-research partnership with Shandong University of Technology.
