Shenyang SCIENCREAT Chemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SCIENCREAT”) is the most important producer of Sinochem International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinochem”), and one of the earliest approved pesticide production enterprises in China.
