Lanzhou Chemspecweier Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in June 2019 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Kang Peng Technology Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of 620 Mu and is located in Lanzhou New Area, a national new area, with a total planned investment of 3 billion yuan. The first phase of the project covers 252 mu, including the high-performance engineering new materials, new liquid crystal display materials and provincial R&D center projects with a planned investment of 1billion yuan, as well as the pharmaceutical and high-efficiency and low toxicity pesticide technical drugs projects with a planned investment of 350million yuan.
