Sichuan Meifeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Meifeng") was listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997 (stock code 000731). In 2002, Chengdu Huachuan oil and gas exploration and Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Group, restructured Sichuan Meifeng and became the first largest shareholder of the company. Sichuan Meifeng became one of the listed companies of Sinopec Group.
