Levobunolol hydrochloride

Introduction: Levobunolol hydrochloride is non selective β- Adrenoceptor blockers, right β 1 and β 2 receptors were blocked. The receptor blocking effect of levobunolol is 60 times stronger than that of its right-handed isomer, but the direct myocardial inhibition effect is the same, so levobunolol, a left-handed isomer, is adopted.
