The project was planned and designed by the Zhejiang Tianzheng Engineering Design Institute, and was strictly constructed in accordance with requirements such as safety, environmental protection, fire protection, and implementation plan for the "Standardization of Pilot Projects for the Construction of Chemical Enterprises in Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone". The total planned building area is 44,000 square meters (a total of 13 units: office buildings, workshops, warehouses, ancillary facilities and door guards). The first phase plans to implement 1,000T/A mixed tocopherol (T50) and 500T/A cyclic acid (WAS) projects, with a total investment of 280 million yuan, and 11 units including workshops, warehouses, complex buildings, ancillary facilities, and guards. The building area is nearly 24,000 square meters.
