Product introduction:
ASD-5 Naphthalene Superplasticizer is mainly composed of β-- Naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde high condensation polymer has the functions of non air entrainment, superplasticity, efficient water reduction and enhancement. The product has strong adaptability to cement, low dosage and convenient use. It is especially suitable for normal concrete and steam cured concrete with high-efficiency water reduction and reinforcement requirements. It can also be used as the parent material of composite concrete admixture. It can be widely used in pumping concrete, high-strength prefabrication, prestressed concrete, mass concrete, centrifugal concrete and so on.
Technical performance:
1. According to the current national standard GB8076-2008 concrete admixtures, the product has obvious water reduction and dispersion effect, with a water reduction rate of 15% - 25%, which can improve the fluidity of cement paste under the condition of low water cement ratio.
2. Superplasticization can effectively increase the fluidity of concrete and reduce bleeding and segregation, so as to improve the workability of concrete, facilitate construction and compaction.
3. Good enhancement effect. Under the condition of the same amount of unit cementitious material, the 1d、3d、7d、28d and 90d compressive strength of concrete mixed with superplasticizer can generally be increased by 60 ~ 70%, 50 ~ 60%, 40 ~ 52% and 30 ~ 41% compared with the benchmark concrete in the same period..
4. The product has strong adaptability. The product is suitable for cement of various specifications and models. It is compatible with admixtures such as expansion agent and air entraining agent and active admixtures such as fly ash. It has good adaptability, complementary and stimulating functions. It can comprehensively improve the main physical and mechanical properties of concrete, and greatly improve the compactness, waterproof and wear resistance of concrete.
5. The setting time is appropriate. The product has little effect on the initial and final setting time of cement, and the setting time difference is generally within 1 hour.
6. The product has good safety performance. It is non-toxic, non irritating and radioactive, and does not contain substances that are dangerous to steel corrosion; It is non flammable, explosive and non dangerous.
Usage and precautions:
1. Dosage: the dosage range of this product is: powder 0.3% - 1.5%, and the common dosage is 0.5-1.0%. The liquid content is converted by the actual liquid concentration, which can provide a liquid concentration range of 30% - 40%.
2. Mixing method: easy to use. Solid products can be used directly, or can be dissolved in water and prepared into solution type additives to meet the requirements of various occasions or mixing models. For example, the mixing effect can be significantly delayed by 20-15 seconds in the process of mixing or long-distance transportation.
3. The measurement shall be accurate, and the mixing time shall be appropriately extended, especially for powder products, to ensure that the admixture is evenly dispersed in the concrete.
4. Strengthen maintenance. The concrete shall be covered and watered for curing immediately after the final setting. During winter construction, measures such as surface covering shall be taken to prevent surface freezing damage. For large flow concrete, the secondary plastering shall be carried out in time according to the specifications.

Packaging and storage:
1. Packing: the powder is packed in woven bags lined with plastic film, with a net weight of 40kg per bag. If special specification packaging is required, it can be customized in advance. Liquid products are packed in plastic drums of 200kg/barrel or in bulk.
2. The powder should be stored in the warehouse and pay attention to moisture-proof. However, the use effect will not be affected by moisture caking. It can be crushed or prepared into aqueous solution before reuse. Under normal conditions, the storage period of powder is three years and that of water agent is one year. If the storage period is exceeded, the physical test shall be carried out again.
