Gansu Yinguang Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yinguang group, code named 805 state-owned plant) is one of the 156 key projects during the first five year plan period. Since the 1980s, the enterprise has closely followed the national strategic policy of "integrating the army with the people, supporting the army with the people and developing the army with the people", timely established the development strategy of "taking the army as the foundation and focusing on the people", adhered to the simultaneous development of scientific research and production, and adhered to the combination of process research and application research, and walked out of a new way of military civilian integration development. It is the research and application center of advanced manufacturing technology of energetic materials in China's weapons and is a national key military protection enterprise with the largest product variety and production capacity in the same industry in China. Through introduction, digestion, absorption and independent research and development, civil products have gradually mastered and owned the core technologies of special chemical and fine chemical industry such as nitrification, photochemical and hydrogenation, and have the production capacity of 180000 tons of DNT, 150000 tons of liquid alkali, 120000 tons of PVC, 60000 tons of mononitrate, 30000 tons of methylaniline and 20000 tons of phenylenediamine.
