Established in 2009, Dongzhi Guangxin is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangxin Co., Ltd.; located in Dongzhi Economic Development Zone of Chizhou City in Anhui Province with a planned area of 2,001,000 square meters, Dongzhi base has completed 2×12MW combined heat and power projects, 1 hazardous chemical and 2 bulk cargo terminals, and one 5, 000 t/day of sewage treatment and other infrastructure.
