Performance and application
DTPMPA is non-toxic and soluble in acid solution. It has a good scale and corrosion inhibition effect and good temperature resistance. It can inhibit the formation of carbonate and sulfate scales. In an alkaline environment and high temperature (above 210 ℃), its scale and corrosion inhibition performance are better than that of other organic phosphines. DTPMPA is used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water in water treatment, especially for alkaline circulating cooling water as a scale and corrosion inhibitor without pH adjustment, and can be used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for oilfield water injection, cooling water and boiler water with high barium carbonate content; This product is used alone in the compound agent without adding dispersant, and the dirt deposition is still very small.
DTPMPA can also be used as a peroxide stabilizer (especially under high temperature), chelating agent for textile printing and dyeing, pigment dispersant, oxygen delignification stabilizer, trace element carrier in chemical fertilizer, and concrete additive. In addition, it has also been widely used in papermaking, electroplating, metal pickling and cosmetics. It can also be used as a stabilizer for oxidizing fungicides.

Usage
DTPMPA is generally used as a scale inhibitor with a concentration of 1 ~ 30mg/l, and as a cleaning agent with a concentration of 1000 ~ 2000mg/l; It is usually used in combination with polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor dispersant. When used in other industries, the dosage should be determined according to the test.
Packaging and storage
DTPMPA is packed in plastic drums, 30kg per barrel or determined according to the needs of users. Store in a cool place indoors for ten months.
Safety protection
DTPMPA is acidic, so pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and wash with plenty of water after contact.
This product is used as raw material for the synthesis of antibiotics in medicine, herbicides in pesticide industry and organic chlorides.
