Jiangsu Henglong Crop Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Henglong) was founded in March,2013, belong to Yabang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Yabang). Yabang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. is China national high and new technology enterprise, and also is a national level large private joint-stock enterprise group, covering chemical, pharmaceutical, new energy, logistics, finance, real estate and other 10 major industries. Total sales revenue in 2016 is over 45 billion Yuan, ascending into China Top 500 enterprises, and China Top 50 of petroleum and chemical industry. Jiangsu Henglong Crop Protection Co., Ltd. is government appointed agrochemical manufacturer. Located in provincial level chemical industry park in northern of Jiangsu Province – Lianyungang Chemical Industry Park. This is the park that designated by Jiangsu Commission of Economy and Information Technology for agrochemical production. Through the coastal Highway and G228 National Highway (Jiangsu province high-grade highway) can we directly arrive the company. It also only takes 1 hour drive to Lianyungang airport or the seaport from our company. That said, we enjoy very convenient transportation. Our registered capital is 220 million Yuan. After 4 years development, we have invested over 400 million Yuan. Phase I project covers 145.8acre land, employee number over 320. Phase II covers 120acre land, total planned investment is 800million Yuan. In Nov.,2016, after shareholding reorganization, we fully acquired Lianyungang Jindun Agrochemical Co., Ltd as a wholly owned subsidiary. This acquisition brought us great vitality on operation, production and management, also improved and strengthened good cooperative relations with well-known multinational enterprises, such as Bayer Crop Science, Dow Agrosciences and Syngenta AG. We have reasonable product portfolio, mainly are technical grade of agrochemicals and formulation development. Long length production chain, difficult synthesis techniques and multiple core technologies make us very competitive in the market. Henglong pays highly attention to scientific and technological progress and innovation. We are a high and new technology enterprise of National Torch Program. We have more than 40 chemical professional talents on technology research and development, and established engineering technology center, technology laboratory, department of chemical analysis, instrumental analytical room and specialized agencies. Our technology center is a Lianyungang Municipal Technical Center with post graduate workstations. Now, we have 8 invention patents,7 patents for utility models and 1 patent in application process. Moreover,For product quality and environmental management, we have extremely strict control. In July 2015, our company got verification of ISO9000:2008 and ISO14001:2004. In Jan.2016, we got level 2 qualification of Standardization of safety production.
