Synopsis:Bacitracin zinc is a kind of polypeptide antibiotic, which has bactericidal effect on Gram-positive bacteria. Its mechanism is mainly to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial wall, and can also bind with the cell membrane of sensitive bacteria, damage the integrity of cell membrane, leading to the outflow of important substances in cells. It can effectively inhibit Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative bacteria; Bacterial resistance to bacitracin was slow, and there was no cross resistance with other antibiotics. Promote the growth of livestock and poultry, improve feed conversion rate. Bacitracin zinc was hardly absorbed by oral administration, and most of it was excreted with feces within 2 days. Zinc bacitracin has synergistic antibacterial effect with penicillin, streptomycin, neomycin, chlortetracycline and colistin. This product has incompatibility with olaquindox, kitasamycin, virginiamycin and enramycin. For gram positive bacteria and Penicillium resistant.
