Diclofenac Potassium
Product introduction:
Diclofenac potassium is a new non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Its mechanism is mainly to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. After joint and muscle sprain, tooth extraction and operation, it can cause aseptic inflammation, tissue edema and pain. With the generation of inflammation, the prostaglandins synthesized and released locally increase. Diclofenac potassium can reduce the prostaglandins synthesized and released locally after injury, and play an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role.
Synonymous: potassium 2 - [(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] phenylacetate; Potassium 2 - [(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] - phenylacetate; Kaifulan
CAS :15307-81-0
Molecular formula:C14H10Cl2KNO2
Molecular weight: 334.239
Mainly applications:
Painful inflammation after trauma, inflammation and pain after operation, etc
Main drugs:
Not applicable to patients with simple fever
Attention:
People allergic to aspirin or other non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may have cross allergic reactions to this product and should be used with caution. Gastrointestinal reactions were the most common adverse reactions, with bone marrow suppression and liver function damage at high doses.
Contraindications:
It is prohibited for patients with asthma, urticaria or allergic reaction induced by aspirin or other non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is forbidden to treat perioperative (CABG) pain during coronary artery bypass grafting. It is forbidden to be used in patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after the application of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is forbidden for patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer / bleeding or previous recurrent ulcer / bleeding. Patients with severe heart failure, severe liver, kidney and heart failure are prohibited within three months of pregnancy.
Diclofenac potassium is a new generation of potent non steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug, which is a derivative of phenylacetic acid; After joint and muscle sprains, tooth extraction and surgery, it can cause aseptic inflammation, tissue edema and pain. With the occurrence of inflammation, prostaglandins synthesized and released in the injured area increase, while this product can reduce prostaglandins synthesized and released in the injured area, thus playing the role of anti inflammation and analgesia; Therefore, it is suitable for short-term treatment of acute joint and muscle injury, toothache, postoperative pain, drug abortion analgesia in early pregnancy, intrauterine device pain and other symptoms.
