Product features:
Cashew phenol series curing agent refers to the excellent curing agent of epoxy resin polycondensated by fatty amine and cashew phenol. The difference from the traditional T-31 is that the carbon 15 straight chain cashew phenol containing unsaturated double bond replaces the excellent new curing agent of epoxy resin modified by Mannich condensation reaction of phenol. The special molecular structure gives the curing system excellent toughness, good service life and excellent water resistance. The catalysis of phenolic hydroxyl groups on the curing reaction of epoxy resin provides the curing system with rapid curing and excellent temperature resistance at low temperature, and the polarity of hydroxyl groups provides adhesion to the coated surface.

Application features:
1. Solvent free or low solvent and non-toxic products can be used without or with less diluent;
2. Low surface treatment can achieve excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance;
3. Traditional polyamide is a good substitute. It is basically completely cured in 72 hours at 0 ~ 5 ℃, while polyamide is cured only 40%;
4. Shorten the construction period, reduce the construction cost and reduce the pollution to the environment.
Main purpose:
Cashew phenol modified curing agent series can be used as anti-corrosion coatings and adhesives, and are widely used in mechanical equipment, industrial electrical, petrochemical, aerospace, shipbuilding, construction, national defense industry, transportation, automobile industry and other fields.
1. Coating: it has the advantages of strong adhesion and good anti-corrosion performance. It can be used as epoxy floor primer, ship port coating, anti-corrosion coating of offshore oil exploitation machinery platform, etc;
2. Adhesive: widely used in bonding between metal and metal, metal and non-metal and non-metal, such as bonding between steel, cement, ceramics, glass, rubber, wood and other materials.
Packaging, transportation and storage:
1. It shall be packed in clean 25 kg plastic barrel and 200 kg plastic barrel;
2. Rain and sun protection shall be provided during transportation to prevent package damage and moisture;
3. Store under cool and dry conditions, away from fire source, strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidant;
4. Under the transportation and storage conditions conforming to the standards, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
