The company adopts domestic drying spray tower and homogenizer imported from Germany to ensure the stability of product quality. In the production, the microencapsulated oil in water production process is adopted. The syrup, vegetable oil, casein, emulsifier, etc. are mixed and homogenized into a certain concentration of solution, which is spray into fine droplets in the hot wind. In the process of floating down, the water is evaporated and becomes a fine granular product. This is the current domestic technology. The company has maintained technical exchange and project cooperation with China Food Fermentation Research Institute and Jiangnan University all the year round.
