DESCRIPTION

Applications:

1.Corn gluten meal is golden and full of yellow pigment, the so called zeaxanthin, and is widely used in the production of yellow pigment.

2.The refined corn gluten meal is used in food industry. It can be used to make ice cream after being pasteurized, homogenized, cooled aging, and hardened along with milk powder and sugar. This kind of ice cream is bright yellow and taste good, which also cost less in production. If using corn gluten meal to replace 5% starch in sausage, the taste will be better.

3.Corn gluten meal is also used extensively in the feed industry.
