Situated in Yangkou Economic Development Zone, Rudong County, Nantong, our company covers an area of 156mu (one mu=667sqm) and owns a registered capital of CNY 93.269155 million. Our company now owns self-managerial import and export rights; with strong technical force, advanced equipment and complete testing methods, U-prefer now is a specialized manufacturer of glycine derivative products, Fluorination and aniline series products, benzene chlorination products and other auxiliary products. Especially, six of our products have passed the provincial appraisals, our company has applied for eight invention patents, and obtained seven national invention patents: Four projects have been listed in Provincial and National Torch Development Project, four products have been evaluated as High-tech Products of Jiangsu Province as well as National Key and New Product. Besides China, our products are sold well in Asia, Europe, America, Australia and other countries and regions.In 2013, we sold CNY 330 million of products: the profit and tax were more than CNY 90 million, and the net profit has reached CNY 62 million.
