Solid Silica Gel
Product Introduction
The raw material of super special silicone rubber is the synthetic silicone rubber, which is made by adding raw silicone rubber to the double roller rubber mixer or gradually adding white carbon black, silicone oil, etc. and other additives into the closed kneader after adding the vulcanizing agent to the silicone rubber mixture, and then through heating and vulcanization molding (the vulcanizing agent is selected according to the needs of the process).
Performance Characteristics
Ultra special silicone rubber raw materials can be used for molding, injection molding, and extrusion molding products. The products have good mechanical properties. 1. Long term storage is not easy to structure 2. It is easy to process 3. Low hardness, excellent mechanical properties 4. Good thermal stability, heat resistance up to 200 ℃ 5. Transparent appearance 6. It is widely applicable for mixed processing.
Application Field
It can be widely used in aviation, cable, electronics, electrical appliances, chemical industry, instrument, cement, automobile, construction, food processing, medical equipment and other industries, and used for deep processing of molding, extrusion and other machinery.
