Redispersible latex powder

Product introduction:

Redispersible latex powder is a polymer commonly used in cement mortar modification. It is made from special emulsion (polymer) through proper spray drying process and suitable additives. After contacting with water, the powder can be quickly dispersed into emulsion and has the same properties as the initial liquid, that is, the film can be formed after evaporation of water. The film has high flexibility, high weatherability and high adhesion to various substrates.

Product overview:

YT - 8012 is a redispersible emulsion powder based on modified vinyl acetate / ethylene.

Product application:

· Interior and exterior wall putty powder

· Ceramic tile binder

· Gypsum based mortar

· Ground leveling and screeding mortar

· Plastering

Product performance:

The product is easily redispersible in water. It can improve the adhesion of cement, lime and gypsum mortar for internal and external walls, and improve the flexibility, protection function and waterproof of mortar. It has the properties of anti hanging, flexural strength, excellent smoothness, water retention and convenient construction.

Product packaging:

·Standard packing: 25kg composite paper bag, lined with polyethylene bag.

·Other special packaging can be provided according to customer requirements.

Product storage:

It is recommended to store the product in a cool and dry place with a temperature lower than 30 ℃ and prevent moisture and extrusion. Because the product is heat shrinkable, the storage time should not exceed 6 months.
