Zinc Oxide for Ceramics
Usage
High-grade ceramic glaze, architectural ceramic wall and floor tile glaze, low-temperature ceramic glaze, art glaze, brick and tile glaze, a translucent glaze of coarse pottery, transparent coarse glaze or cooked glaze of craft tableware.
Characteristics and functions
It has a strong melting aid in the glaze production process, which can reduce the expansion coefficient of the glaze, improve the thermal stability of the product, increase the gloss and whiteness of the glaze and improve the strength of the glaze.
2. It has a large specific surface area and strong covering power, which solves the influence of substrate color on the surface color of ceramic products.
3. The content of iron is low. When used as the raw material of color glaze, the color difference of ceramic products is small and has a good finish.
