In 1996, it was invested by Ministry of Chemical Industry on the by transferring professionals from original Lanzhou Chemical 302 Plant and 304 Plant. It is first professional manufacturing plant of initiator in China. It successfully provided exclusive use initiator for our country’s first set of high pressure polyethylene unit. And it filled domestic blanket. It was pointed as manufacturer of initiator by Ministry of Chemical Industry, as recommended manufacturer of three agents by China Petrochemical Corporation. In recent years, Lanzhou Auxiliary Agent Plant has provided domestic large petrochemical enterprises with over 30 kinds of initiators. Space cover and belongs: The plant covers an area of 96.11mu and construction area is 50,000 square meters. It is subordinate to Northwest Normal University. Leading products: peroxide series, acylating chlorination series, naphthalene sulfonic acid anion active agent series, polymerization inhibitor series, hydrogen peroxide series in over 60 varieties. And over 40 varieties are developed by our company. 20 of them are exclusive producing products. It is most powerful manufacturer of organic peroxide. Production capacity: Currently, there are 4 production lines of initiator with annual production capacity of 8,000 tons. Enterprise qualification: Our company is among the first batch that passed ISO9000 quality system authentication and international IQNET authentication. 15 products have passed “international advanced standard” inspection. In recent years, we undertook one project of “torch plan”, one project of “key agricultural transfer fund”. And our plant is new and high-tech enterprise approved by Gansu Science Committee. It is earliest unit that gained import-export operation right. We have been praised as excellent supplier by SINOPEC. It always insists on policy of “survive on quality”. There is complete quality guarantee system. In 1999, it passed ISO9002 international quality system authentication. In 2002, it passed ISO9001:2000 authentication and IQNET authentication. In same year, our plant gained quality license of packaging container for export commodities (2X62088). In addition, we cooperate with Northwest Normal University, Lanzhou University and Chemical Research Institute closely. And we have gained achievements in scientific research, such as, initiator A, B, C, BPO, TBHP, OT, PV and so on. In recent years, some products have been exported to Russia, India, South Korea, German and Iran. In China, our sales network is spread all around the country.
