In the production process of adipic acid, adipic acid is synthesized by alcohol and ketone under the oxidation of nitric acid catalyzed by copper vanadium salt. The by-products are succinic acid and glutaric acid. GSA is a by-product of mixed dibasic acid in the production process of adipic acid. Abbreviated, the main organic components are glutaric acid (GA), succinic acid (SA) and adipic acid (ADA). The production of 1 ton of adipic acid generally requires 40-50kg of GSA.

2. Product advantages:

The raw material of this product comes from the adipic acid plant of Pingmei Shenma Group. Due to the uniqueness of the Shenma adipic acid production process, the purity of this product is high, and the high-grade product can reach more than 99.8wt%. In addition, the content of succinic acid and glutaric acid in the triacids is relatively high, and the product yield is high in the production of DBE, which has obvious product advantages.

2. Product use:

This product is mainly used as a raw material for the production of solvents, plasticizers, pesticides, plant growth hormones, synthetic rubber, and foam plastics. One of its main uses is to produce high-boiling solvent mixed dimethyl dibasic acid (DBE).

This product can also be used to separate the three acids into higher value succinic acid, glutaric acid and adipic acid.
