Acetylated Distarch Phosphate
CAS No.: 68130-14-3
Molecular formula: C2H4O2.x(H3PO4).x(C6H10O5)
Application: acetylated bisstarch phosphate (acetylated phosphate bisstarch) is an ester organic substance, which can be used as food additive.
Main features:
1. Good cold and hot viscosity stability;
2. The structure of starch granules is stable and has high stability on the influence of acid, alkali, salt and shear force;
3. The starch paste is fine and transparent, with good water holding capacity and high freeze-thaw stability;
4. High film forming strength, low expansion and hot water solubility;
5. Starch paste, short silk, good processability;
6. This kind of starch has a wide range of applications and can be used in the production of condiments (tomato sauce, oyster sauce), quick-frozen fish balls, dairy products and pie foods.
Purpose:
1. As a stabilizer and coagulant. For lunch meat, jam, mayonnaise, canned palm oil.
2. For canned mushrooms, asparagus, green beans, carrots, sardine products. Milk substitute powder. Fillers for canned mackerel and mackerel.
3. It is used for dragging and wrapping canned baby food, quick-frozen fish sticks and fish pieces.
Acetylated distarch phosphate is prepared by esterification of corn starch with acetic anhydride after crosslinking by sodium polymetaphosphate or phosphorus oxychloride. Acetylated distarch phosphate is an ester organic compound, which can be used as food additive. It can be used as thickener; Emulsifier. For lunch meat and ham sausage, it can improve the water retention, increase the tenderness of meat and improve the taste, which is not affected by high and low temperature.
