Ceftizole sodium is the first generation of broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotics. It exerts antibacterial activity by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell wall. Its chemical structure is similar to that of cefazolin. It has extensive and strong bactericidal power against a variety of G - and G + bacteria, especially against Escherichia coli and Proteus. On the formation of drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus and G-bacteria β- Lactamase has high stability and low nephrotoxicity. It can also be used in patients with renal insufficiency. This product has the characteristics of high antibacterial activity, low cross drug resistance and low toxic and side effects.
