[ Introduction ]:
This product is low molecular weight heparin sodium extracted from pig intestinal mucosa and cleaved by nitrous acid. Structurally, it is composed of many complex and uncertain oligosaccharides, which have the effects of anticoagulation, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and inhibiting the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells and matrix;
The weight average molecular weight is about 5600 ~ 6400 daltons. According to the dry product, the titer of anti XA factor per mg is 110 ~ 210iu, and the ratio of anti XA to anti IIA is between 1.9 ~ 3.2;
Daparin sodium catalyzes the inactivation of coagulation factors IIA, Xa, IXA, Xia and XIIa by binding with antithrombin III (AT-III), which mainly plays an anticoagulant role by inhibiting Xa;
In clinical application, it shows that its anti Xa activity is strong and lasting, while the effect of prolonging APTT is weak. Therefore, it shows the characteristics of strong antithrombotic effect and low risk of bleeding. In addition, daparin sodium can also promote fibrinolysis, protect endothelial cells and enhance antithrombotic effect by combining with vascular endothelial cells. It also has less effect on platelet function and lipid metabolism than unfractionated heparin.
Biochemical research, used to prevent prothrombin into thrombin, has the effect of anti blood embolism.
