▶ Characteristics
The special titanium dioxide for chemical fiber (NAH-105) is a professional anatase product developed by using the advanced titanium dioxide production technology in North America and combining the application characteristics of titanium dioxide of domestic chemical fiber manufacturers. It is mainly used in the production process of polyester fiber (polyester), viscose fiber, polypropylene acrylic fiber (acrylic fiber) to eliminate the transparency of fibers that are not suitable for luster, that is, the use of matting agent for chemical fibers, especially for the production of polyester fibers.
The chemical fiber grade anatase titanium dioxide is the research and production standard of high-quality chemical fiber grade titanium dioxide imported from abroad. The quality control in the production process is extremely strict, scientific and fine, so the quality is excellent and stable.
Chemical fiber grade anatase titanium dioxide has good uniform particle size and narrow particle size distribution, excellent sleep dispersion performance and dispersion stability, soft and excellent blue hue, which is particularly easy to disperse in ethylene glycol, and there are few coarse particles (longer than 5 μ m) It has good covering performance, near neutral pH and a small amount of harmful impurities, which can not only ensure that there is little secondary condensation or good whiteness and hue in chemical fiber production.
▶ Application of titanium dioxide in the chemical fiber industry
Titanium dioxide is mainly used as a matting agent in the chemical fiber industry. Titanium dioxide has high refractive index, strong coloring power, large hiding power, good dispersion, high whiteness, fine and uniform particles, good chemical stability, not easy to change, does not affect the tension and dyeing of fibers, and has good light resistance and weather resistance. Titania is an excellent matting agent. Although the refractive index of rutile titanium dioxide is higher than that of anatase titanium dioxide, its atomic arrangement is dense, its hardness is greater than that of anatase titanium dioxide, and titania is easy to wear spinnerets and wire cutters. Therefore, anatase titanium dioxide without surface treatment is usually used as the matting agent of chemical fibers. Only when some special varieties in order to reduce the photochemical effect of titanium dioxide and avoid the degradation of fibers under the photocatalysis of titanium dioxide, the surface treated titanium dioxide is used.
Packaging, transportation, storage and transportation:
The general rutile titanium dioxide is packed in polyethylene lined woven bags with a net weight of 25Kg, 500Kg and 1000Kg each;
