Twelve sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate is formed by spray drying of high tower. The appearance is white powder or granular hollow body, which is easily soluble in water, alcohol, etc. Its low concentration aqueous solution has the functions of foaming, emulsification, dispersion, wetting, decontamination and reducing surface tension. It is an anionic surfactant with comprehensive performance and an excellent raw material for preparing washing products.
performance
This product is a high content anionic surfactant, with the appearance of white or yellowish powder or granule, which is easily soluble in water. It has the properties of decontamination, wetting, foaming, emulsification and dispersion. Its biodegradability is more than 90%.
purpose
It can be directly used to prepare civil and industrial washing products. Such as ordinary (phosphorus free) washing powder, concentrated (phosphorus free) washing powder, solid detergent, slurry detergent and paste detergent. Cleaning agents and dyeing auxiliaries for textile industry, degreasing agents for electroplating industry, deinking agents for paper industry, additives for chemical fertilizer products, and other industrial cleaning agents, emulsifiers, dispersants, etc.
Anionic surfactant. Because of its low production cost and good performance, it is widely used. It is the synthetic surfactant with the largest amount of household detergent. It also produces some inorganic salts such as magnesium and calcium and organic amine salts such as triethanolamine. Calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate [27176-87-0] has excellent emulsifying properties and is an important part of mixed emulsifier for preparing various pesticides. Benzene and α- Olefins are condensed under the catalyst of aluminum trichloride. The condensed liquid is evaporated to recover benzene after alkali washing and water washing, and refined alkylbenzene is obtained by vacuum distillation. Then, calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate was obtained by sulfonation with fuming sulfuric acid and neutralization with white ash (in twice the amount of ethanol).
