Properties: transparent liquid, insoluble in water, ethanol, etc., soluble in aromatic organic solvents.
Function:
Ethylene propylene rubber, EPDM, chlororubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), chlorinated polyethylene elastomer (CPE) and other special rubber are difficult to vulcanize. Generally, organic peroxide (such as DCP and BPO) is used for vulcanization. If a single organic peroxide is used for vulcanization, the vulcanization time is too long and the vulcanization is insufficient, so it is difficult to ensure good mechanical and physical properties. Therefore, TMPTMA must be added as a curing aid in order to achieve good results.
Thermoplastic plastics such as polyethylene, polybutene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polystyrene, CPE and EVA. Thermal, light and irradiation crosslinking through TMPTMA and organic peroxides (such as DCP) can not only significantly improve the heat resistance, solvent resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy of crosslinking agent products, but also improve the mechanical and electrical properties. Compared with DCP crosslinking alone, it can improve the quality of products, eliminate the peculiar smell of DCP and reduce the dosage of DCP.
The copolymerization and crosslinking modification of TMPTMA and alkyl propylene ester can significantly improve its heat resistance, weather resistance, mechanical strength and optical properties. For example, if methacrylate is cross-linked and modified by a small amount of TMPTMA, the Vicat heat resistance of plexiglass can be improved by more than 30 ℃, and the wear resistance and optical properties can also be significantly improved.
Thermoplastic polyester and unsaturated polyester can significantly improve the strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability and weather resistance of products by adding TMPTMA as crosslinking modifier. For hot pressed unsaturated polyester FRP products, the service temperature of hot pressed products made by TMPTMA as crosslinking agent can reach more than 180 ℃.
Epoxy acrylate, polyurethane and unsaturated polyester based coatings or adhesives are modified by adding TMPTMA and cured and crosslinked with electron beam, X-ray, ultraviolet light or heating, which can shorten the curing time and improve the bonding strength and quality.
TMPTMA can be homopolymerized or copolymerized with other heat-resistant monomers. Its polymer film has very good heat resistance, radiation resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance and electrical insulation properties. Adding TMPTMA to many microelectronic insulating materials can significantly improve many of the above properties, especially in the manufacturing of insulating materials such as integrated circuits and printed circuit boards of microelectronic products.
Acrylic acid and styrene ion exchange resins usually use divinylbenzene as crosslinking agent. If TMPTMA is used instead of crosslinking agent, it can not only use less amount, but also prepare new ion exchange resins with excellent properties such as pollution resistance, high strength, large pore size, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
TMPTMA is grafted with acrylic acid, styrene, acrylonitrile, etc. through lotion copolymerization, it can be used to prepare excellent impact modifier for thermoplastic such as PVC and PS, and can also directly prepare molding plastics with excellent impact resistance.
TMPTMA, as a monomer with heat resistance, weather resistance, impact resistance and moisture resistance, can be copolymerized with other monomers to make special copolymers.

Packing: the net weight of iron drum is 200kg, the net weight of plastic drum is 25kg, or the net weight of paper bag lined with PVC film bag or plastic woven bag is 25kg.
