Founded in 2006, the company's main products include silicone downstream deep-processing products such as silicone rubber, silicone oil and fumed silica, as well as silicone intermediates. Shandong Dongyue organosilicon material Co., Ltd. is one of the largest enterprises in China's organosilicon industry. The company has built and operated two sets of silicone monomer production units, with an annual production capacity of 250000 tons of silicone monomer (equivalent to about 118000 tons of polysiloxane). According to the polysiloxane production capacity, the company ranks among the top ten in the world and the fourth in China. At the same time, the company is also an important supplier of downstream deep-processing products of silicone in China. Now it has more than 120 specifications of various downstream products such as silicone rubber, silicone oil and fumed silica. The company's silicone production technology and process are at the leading level in China. As a leading enterprise in the industry, the company has also participated in the drafting of many national or industrial group standards, such as dimethyl dichlorosilane for industrial use, dimethyl dichlorosilane hydrolysate, hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane linear body, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, high boiling silicone oil and so on. The company has obtained a total of 32 authorized invention patents, among which the invention patent "hydrolysis method of organochlorosilane" won the first prize of Shandong patent award. The company has the integrated production capacity from metal silicon powder processing to silicone monomer, intermediate and downstream silicone rubber, silicone oil, fumed silica and other series of deep-processing products, and makes comprehensive utilization of relevant by-products, forming a relatively perfect industrial chain.
