DESCRIPTION

Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate

Chemical formula: KH₂PO₄

Molecular weight: 136.09

Product properties: colorless crystal or white granular powder, stable in air, lose water at 400 ℃ and become metaphosphate. Soluble in about 4.5 parts of water, insoluble in ethanol. pH4. 4～4.7。 The relative density is 2.238g/cm3. Melting point 257.6 ℃.

Product use: buffer; Chelating agent; Yeast feed; Flavoring agent; Fortifier; Fermentation AIDS; Bulking agent; Antioxidant synergist; Emulsified salt.

Product dosage: lunch meat, cooked pig front leg meat, cooked ham, cooked minced meat 3g/kg; Low power concentrated milk, sweet condensed milk and thin milk lubricating oil 2g/kg; Milk powder and cream powder 5g/kg; Processed cheese 9g/kg; Quick frozen fillets of haddock, perch, flounder and COD 5g/kg; Instant broth and soup 1000mg/kg; Cold drink 2g/kg.
