Uses

Manufacturing of polyurethane elastomers: Used as a crosslinking or curing agent for cast polyurethane elastomers.

Traditional industrial applications: including the manufacturing of various rubber covered rollers, rubber rollers, mining screens and their accessories, cyclones, couplings, polyurethane buffer plate bars, mold liners, polyurethane synchronous toothed belts, and sealing accessories.

Sports and fitness equipment manufacturing: used for dumbbell and barbell packaging manufacturing.

Architectural and coating applications: used as a curing agent in polyurethane paving materials; Used for manufacturing plastic flooring, plastic sports venues, and two component polyurethane waterproof coatings.

New energy field: used for the manufacturing of polycrystalline silicon cutting wire wheels and related accessories.

FEATURES & APPLICATIONS

MOCA-HR is a special MOCA grade features with color stability at high temperature. The color of the melted MOCA-HR keeps light-yellow and clear almost without any changes after being heated several times, even though the heating temperature is up to 150℃. It is recommended applied in a variety of casting polyurethane elastomer parts especially manufactured with casting machines. The products have light color.

MOCA is a kind of widely used high cost effective aromatic diamine chain extender or curing agent for casting polyurethane elastomers. The PU elastomers with excellent properties are widely applied in the areas including machinery, building, vehicles & transportation, mining industry, electronic components encapsulation and sport facility, etc.

MOCA can also be used to solidify epoxy resin.

LD50 (rats) ＞5000 mg/kg. Wear mask, gloves and goggles when handling.

Keep it storing airtight in a dry area and away from sunlight.

Shelf life of this product is 2 years. If stored over shelf life, it can still be used when the main application properties be qualified by inspecting.

Typical Properties

This product is mainly used as curing agent of cast polyurethane rubber, crosslinking agent of polyurethane coating and adhesive, and can also be used to cure epoxy resin.
