Inner Mongolia Jingdong Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. founded in 2014, is a manufacture of pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs. The company is located in Chahar Development Zone, Ulanqab city. The project covers an area of nearly 62000 square meters and a construction area of 20000 square meters.
The phase I project has built R & D laboratory, intermediate workshop, GMP workshop, high-pressure hydrogenation workshop and cryogenic reaction workshop. There are more than 120 sets of production equipment with a volume of 20L-5000L, which can meet the production under different harsh reaction conditions with working temperature of - 80 ℃ to 200 ℃ and high-pressure working pressure of 6Mpa. It has perfect safety, environmental protection and other equipment and facilities, It can meet various types of chemical reactions and cdmo customized services for high-end customers; GMP workshop can complete the production of products from kilogram level to tonnage level; Phase I project was officially put into operation in 2018.
The company has a perfect quality management system. The quality department covers an area of 1200 square meters and is equipped with physical and chemical room, instrument analysis room, microbial detection room, high temperature room, stability laboratory, sample retention room, etc. the detection instruments mainly include Agilent, Shimadzu high performance liquid chromatograph, infrared spectrum, moisture tester and other instruments, which can meet the high-end needs of pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad.
In 2020, the company successively obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and drug production license, and was rated as a national high-tech enterprise by the Ministry of science and technology.
