Optical Brightening Agent APC

High purity, less by-products, strong whitening ability and good weather resistance; It has good affinity with fiber and porcelain clay, relatively small interference to the wet end of the paper machine, low COD and environmental protection; Good acid resistance and calcium and magnesium ion resistance; It has a wide range of application, and can be used in pulp and surface. It is a very general fluorescent brightener.

Scope of Application

1.Good fluorescent brightening performance on coating.

2. Good fluorescent brightening performance on surface sizing.

3.Good fluorescent brightening performance in stock.

Application Methods

1.It can be directly added into (thick) stock. Please avoid adding it together or directly contact with cationic sub- stances.On surface sizing. it can be directly added into starch.On coating.it can be directly added into paint,and it has good compatibility with Carrier PVA.CMC for better effect.

2. pH value should be controlled at the range of 5.5-10.5 when it is used.

3.Dosage.In stock: 0.1%-1.5% based on dry pulp.

On surface sizing:1g/L-20g/L(single side)

On coating:0.1%-1.0% based on dry weight of ffllers.

Packing & Storage

The product will be packed in 50kg, 240kg or 1100kg plastic tanks, or specially packed as per clients' requirements. Storage conditions: shady. cool.dry and above 0'C.Shelf life: 6 months .
