Properties Of Vulcanization Accelerator M (MBT):
Light yellow or Off-white powder, non-toxic, Density 1.42-1.52, Freely soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, sodium hydroxide as well as the dilute sodium carbonate, soluble in ethanol, very slightly soluble in benzene, and insoluble in water and gasoline with stable storage.

Accelerators for natural rubber and synthetic rubber can be used alone or in combination with vulcanized carbamates, thiuram, guanidine and other basic accelerators. It has a rapid promoting effect on natural rubber and general sulfur sulfur compound rubber. Its sulfur critical temperature is low, and it is easy to disperse in rubber without pollution. It is mainly used for manufacturing tire, tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products.
