Currently Jianlong has an annual capacity of 30,000 metric tons with a wide range specification of Xanthan Gum products. There are two international standardized plants in Jianlong factory, which were designed by highly European trained technical teams according to European international standards, and it utilizes the advanced foreign fermentation mixing system, vacuum drying system and full closed packaging system which conforms to FDA standards for an aseptic workshop, thus ensuring our customers of high purity and consistency in our production of Xanthan gum. All the production lines of Jianlong can be used for producing the food grade or oil grade Xanthan Gum product, and each production can be customized to produce different specifications of xanthan gum products.Strain breeding is the key to improve the quality and yield of Xanthan Gum.
