DESCRIPTION

Typical Properties

This product is an intermediate for the synthesis of cefprozil. Cefprozil is the second generation cephalosporins with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. The bactericidal mechanism of the drug is to block the synthesis of bacterial cell wall. In vitro test showed that cefprozil was effective against Staphylococcus aureus (including Staphylococcus aureus) in gram positive aerobic bacteria β- It can inhibit Enterococcus stoicis, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus saprophytic, Staphylococcus warnei, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus C, D, F, G and Streptococcus viridis.
