Therefore, we have successfully formed several series of products with advantages of product clusters and technical characteristics, including o-alkylaniline, alkylbenzene and diamine curing agents, etc.
O-alkylaniline series, mainly include: 2,6-diethylaniline (DEA), 2-methyl-6-ethylaniline (MEA), o-ethylaniline (OEA), 2,6-diethyl -4-methylaniline (DEMA), 2,6-diisopropylaniline (DIPA), etc. The annual production capacity of our device reaches 20kt. Seizing this favorable opportunity of base relocation, Jinbang summed up and improved on the basis of many years of experience in the production of o-alkylaniline products. Through combing independent innovation with the technical support from universities and research institutions, our company has built a production line of O-alkylaniline product series with high DCS automation control degree in China, sophisticated equipment and significant technical advantages.
At the same time, in 2009, we began to develop ethylene glycol related catalysts in cooperation with Tongliao Gold Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongliao Gold Coal"). The liquid phase hydrogenation industrialization test was carried out on the 200000 t / an ethylene glycol plant project of Tongliao Gold Coal on November 23, 2012. after that, the industrial production period was carried out from 2012 to 2017. After several innovations and improvements, several kinds of catalysts have greatly improved their product performance and won the trust of customers. In order to meet the needs of diversified development strategy, the company specially registered and established Lianyungang Lianyang Chemical Co., Ltd. in 2017, mainly engaged in ethylene glycol catalyst products.
