Hubei micro control Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the R & D, production and operation of glutaraldehyde series bactericide fine chemical products. It was incorporated in March 2011. It is located in the Railway Station Economic Development Zone, Huangzhou District, Huanggang City, covering an area of 40 mu. A glutaraldehyde continuous production plant was built. The annual output is 10000 tons. In 2018, the annual sales revenue is 150 million yuan and the export is more than 12 million US dollars. The company has a senior R & D and operation management team with industry-leading level. It is a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province. It has independently developed core technologies and a number of invention patents and Achievement Certificates. It has been approved by the Provincial Department of science and technology to become a technological innovation plan project for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hubei Province in 2015. In 2016, it was successfully listed in the science and technology version in Wuhan equity custody trading center. It has become one of the first batch of enterprises in the chemical park of Huangzhou Railway Station Economic Development Zone, Huanggang City to obtain the approval of project completion EIA acceptance and pollutant discharge permit issued by Huanggang Environmental Protection Bureau, so as to realize zero discharge of process wastewater. The manufacturer has obtained the certificate of class III enterprise of safety production standardization issued by Huanggang administration of work safety and the safety production license issued by Hubei Administration of work safety, and has successfully passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification. In 2017, the industrialization and application of environmental friendly leather fatty aldehyde tanning agent developed in cooperation with Shaanxi University of science and technology was rated as a general research and development project and innovation team by experts of Huanggang science and Technology Bureau. In 2018, Hubei Provincial Intellectual Property Office identified our company as the third batch of intellectual property demonstration construction units in Hubei Province. Our main products are: 50% industrial glutaraldehyde; 50% medical glutaraldehyde; Modified glutaraldehyde; Fatty aldehydes (PN, PF); Pyran (MDP); Compound bactericide, etc. It is mainly used as oilfield bactericide, industrial circulating water treatment agent, papermaking water treatment agent, leather tanning agent, medical disinfectant, daily disinfectant, aquaculture disinfectant, etc. It is widely used in biomedical engineering, cellular immunology, biochemistry, Leather Chemistry, histochemistry, food, microbial industry, medical and health care, environmental protection and organic synthesis.
