Main ingredient

Product properties

Appearance: light yellow to yellow transparent liquid (it will become darker after a long time)

Ionicity: Weak cation

PH value: 3.5±0.5 (50g/l)

Solubility: easily dispersible in any proportion of tap water

Features

1. This product does not contain formaldehyde and APEO, is an environmentally friendly product, and meets the requirements of EU OEKO-TEX Standard 100;

2. Used for color fixation of cellulose fibers after dyeing; it can greatly improve the effect of wet rubbing fastness;

3. Easy to use, use directly diluted with water;

4. It can be bathed with our special supporting silicone oil.

5. The fabric is soft to the touch and has no effect on shade and light fastness.

Instructions

1. Impregnation method (limited to washing plants)

Dosage: Lifting agent 825: 2～4% (o.w.f.) (depending on the color depth adjustment)

Bath ratio: 1:10～20

Process: dyed cloth (PH≤7)→dipping (40℃, time: 20～30min)→drying

2. Padding method Dosage: Lifting agent 825: 30～50g/L

Process: dyed cloth (PH≤7)→one dip and one roll (rolling rate: 80～85%)→drying

Precautions:

1. Please use it immediately after preparation. Before use, you should fully test the sample. The above process is for reference only.

2. It can only be used alone, and cannot be used in the same bath with silicone oil, color-fixing agent and anionic auxiliaries.

3. The temperature of the working fluid is better controlled at 25℃～35℃.

4. Before using the enhancer 825, the cloth surface alkali (control PH≤7), salt and soaping agent should be cleaned.

5. When a lot of foam is generated in the rolling groove for a long time, it is necessary to remove the foam in time or clean the rolling groove and change the working fluid.

6. Try to keep the pH value of the working fluid in the range of ≤5.5.
