1) General description and application
•Triethyl phosphate tep is a high boiling point solvent, a plasticizer for rubber and plastics, and also a catalyst. The use of triethyl phosphate tep is also used as a raw material for the preparation of pesticides and pesticides. And used as an ethylation reagent for the production of ketene. In Japan, 70% of the product is used as a catalyst, and about 20% is used as a solvent. The following is a detailed description of the use of triethyl phosphate tep:
•(1) Catalyst used: xylene isomer catalyst; olefin polymerization catalyst; tetraethyl lead production catalyst; carbodiimide production catalyst; trialkyl boron and olefin displacement reaction catalyst; high temperature with acetic acid A catalyst for the production of ketene by dehydration; a catalyst for the polymerization of styrene and conjugated diene compounds; if used in the polymerization of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol, it can prevent fiber discoloration.
• (2) Used as solvents: solvents for nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate; solvents used to maintain the life of organic peroxide catalysts; solvents for fluorinated ethylene dispersion; used as curing catalysts for polyester resins and epoxy resins Peroxide and diluent.
• (3) Used as stabilizers: chlorine-based insecticides and stabilizers; stabilizers for phenolic resins; solid agents for sugar alcohol resins.
•(4) For synthetic resins: curing agent for xylenol formaldehyde resin; softener for phenolic resin used in shell molds; softener for vinyl chloride; plasticizer for vinyl acetate polymer; polyester resin Flame retardant.

4) Handling and transportation instructions
•This product can be loaded in containers (max. 25 tons), tonnage boxes (1000 liters) and drums (200 liters / 55 US gallons).
• The product must be placed in a dry, cool place, avoid sun exposure and away from moisture and water pollution. Please follow good hygiene and safety procedures when handling. Use in a ventilated place.
•In order to prevent leakage, please put in a chemical waste container to absorb inert materials. Prevent it from flowing into water sources and waterways.
Triethyl phosphate is widely used in textile and paper products, as plasticizer, non reactive flame retardant, hardener and accelerator, lubricant, flotation agent, defoamer, emulsifier, stabilizer or extractant in plastics and coatings.
