2, white or slightly yellow crystalline granule or crystalline powder, no smell, taste salty, cool, slight deliquescence, easily soluble in water or glycerine, almost insoluble in ethanol, Relative density 1.98. Melting point is 230 degrees Celsius.
3, use: used as buffer in the food industry, chelating agent, stabilizer, antioxidant, emulsifying agent and flavoring agent.
