Chemical properties: yellow powder. When dyeing, the color light does not change in case of calcium and magnesium ions, turns slightly red in case of iron ions, and turns dark in case of copper ions. It is not alkali resistant during dyeing and printing, and the appropriate pH value is 3-7.
Usage: Disperse Yellow GWD is suitable for dyeing polyester by high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt method, not carrier method. It can be directly printed on polyester fabric, but it can not be used as the background color of discharge proof printing. It is also used for hot melt dyeing of polyester cotton blended fabrics. This product has good compatibility with other disperse dyes and bright yellow color. It can be used as the main color or color matching in light colors. It has good dyeing performance on diacetate fiber and triacetate fiber, so it is not suitable to dye nylon fiber.
