The fresh inflorescence of Labiatae lavender is distilled by steam. The yield is about 0.78% ~ 1.1%. Mainly produced in France, Bulgaria, Russia, Italy and Tanzania. It is also cultivated in Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and other places in China.
