1. It can be used as food sour agent and antioxidant regulator. For beverages, jams, fruits and pastries.

2. About 10% citric acid is used in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly as an anti acid antidote, flavoring agent, cosmetics, etc.

3. About 15% citric acid is used in the chemical industry as a buffer, complexing agent, metal cleaner, mulberry agent, gelling agent, toner, etc. in electronics, textiles, petroleum, leather, architecture, photography, plastics, casting and ceramics.
