Halogen free flame retardant for PBT is an environment-friendly flame retardant with N and P as the main flame retardant elements. It is a special flame retardant for glass fiber reinforced PBT. It fully meets the requirements of EU ROHS directive and reach regulations. It can make glass fiber reinforced PBT pass UL 94 V-0 without migration and precipitation. The product has excellent compatibility with PBT and can be evenly dispersed in PBT; It has extremely high cost performance and excellent flame retardant performance. The mechanical properties of PBT products with flame retardant have no obvious difference compared with bromine antimony flame retardant system. In short, this product has the characteristics of halogen-free, environmental protection, good flame retardant effect, high cost performance and excellent water resistance. It is an ideal substitute for bromine antimony flame retardant system.
