Performance and advantages

① Broad spectrum antibacterial, obvious antibacterial effect, killing Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, fungi (a variety of tinea and molds) and yeasts.

② PHMB has low toxicity, LD 50 > 5000mg / kg, no irritation to skin and eyes, no sensitization, and can be used for a long time. The fabric treated with pHMB is safe and harmless, and has no toxicity to human body and the environment.

③ PHMB has high antibacterial efficiency, good heat stability, does not decompose under melt spinning high temperature, has corrosion inhibition, can withstand more than 50 times of water washing, and has good stability.

④ PHMB has no effect on the original physical and mechanical properties, color and dyeing properties of fibers or fabrics.

⑤ The pH value has a wide application range and is stable and effective between 1-11.

⑥ PHMB is suitable for antibacterial finishing of cotton, viscose fiber and their blended fabrics (cellulose content > 30%), and its safety has been approved by FDA and EPA.

⑦ PHMB is low foam and can be used for industrial pipeline CIP and industrial water treatment system. It can maintain high activity in both hard and soft water.
