Ammonium carbonate decomposes rapidly into ammonia, carbon dioxide and water at 58 ℃. Ammonium carbonate can be prepared by passing ammonia into half sodium carbonate solution, and the solution crystallizes at 30 ° C. Ammonia is gradually lost in the air to form ammonium bicarbonate.

Product purpose:

It is used as fermentation powder, raw material of various ammonium salts, buffer, printing and dyeing auxiliary, fertilizer and analytical reagent. Edible ammonium carbonate is used as buffer, neutralizer, bulking agent and fermentation promoter (making wine).
