Basic Information Of Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous:
Synonymous: Calcium hydrogen phosphate; Calcium phosphate, dibasic
Molecular formula: CaHPO4
Relative molecular mass: 136.06
Properties: White crystalline powder, odorless, tasteless, stable in air. Almost insoluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, and easily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetic acid, when heated to above 75 °C, it loses water and becomes calcium phosphate anhydrous, and when heated, it becomes calcium pyrophosphate.
Product dosage: According to GB2760, GB14880 and ADI standards. As a bulking agent, it can be used in biscuits, and infant formula food at 1.0g/kg.
Application areas: food, medicine, industrial manufacturing, tobacco products (antifreeze and moisturizing agent), cosmetics, feed, etc.
