At high concentration, it also has a direct effect on fibrinolytic enzyme. It is used for postpartum hemorrhage caused by hyperfibrinolysis and bleeding after operation of prostate, liver, pancreas and lung. Intravenous injection or intravenous drip: 4-8g per time, 8-12g per day, generally 4-6g of the first dose, dissolved in 100ml of sterilized normal saline, 5% glucose injection or compound sodium chloride injection, and injected within 15-30 minutes. The maintenance dose is 1g per hour, and the times depend on the condition.
