Application

Na-50 is a nucleating transparent agent, which can be applied to polyolefins, such as polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polylactic acid (PLA) and polyamide (PA)

Na-50 is a crystal nucleus transparent agent, which emphasizes transparency and improves rigidity. It has the following advantages:

1. Improve the thermal deformation temperature (HDT), flexural modulus and impact strength of polymer.

2. Improve the crystallization temperature of the product, shorten the production cycle and increase the production efficiency.

3. When measuring at low concentration, the obvious transparency of PP can be improved.

4. Due to good product compatibility, there is no flowering and extractability.

5. No unpleasant smell will be released during the molding process, and there will be less pollution to the molding machinery and screws..

6. Meet the food packaging application (edajhospa)

Na-50 is widely used in the application of PP products as food packaging, which conforms to the specification of FDA § 178.3295. The recommended dosage is 0.1 ~ 0.3%.
